Where do you ship from?

All of our current suppliers are located in the United States and Asia. We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.

I didn't get all of my items.

Items will ship separately at no additional cost. You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped. 

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on the product's size, shape, weight, shipping option, and location. Typical shipping times are 3-15 business days. Some products may be subject to a longer shipping time. 

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

Is shipping really FREE?

Yes, we provide Free Shipping on all orders. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

How can I track my order? 

Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships + with a tracking number when it becomes available from our manufacturers.  

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It might take about 2 business days.

Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

Can I pay in my own currency?

All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your credit card processes the transaction.
